Our Team
Our staff are bilingual and from numerous cultures around the world. They are well versed in the country we explore i.e involving it’s people and customs and fully prepared to assist you in experiencing a comfortable and enjoyable adventure.
You will be assigned to an As You Wish Travel Club staff person that will be available 24/7 during your adventure. They can arrange daily activities for you i.e meals reservations, tickets for performances, massages etc.
Our staff will be available for translations when in group outing, menus reading ,descriptions of workshops, lectures etc. Please note that our staff is prohibited to have any kind of personal, sexual or intimate relationship with any clients while on our adventures. This will result in immediate termination of the staff member and the client will be discharge from the tour with no refund at all.
Wendy is one of the most innovative marketing and business entrepreneurs you will ever encounter. Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, she has also lived in Puerta Vallarta for the past 33 years. When she pursues an idea, it comes to fruition.
Her love of travel, spirit of adventure, and fearless approach to life have made her a success in each venture she has started.

Concierge
Justice is an internationally collected visual artist and poet of Puerto Rican and Honduran descent. Raised in New York City, he now lives between Puerto Vallarta and New York.
He is currently finishing a degree in Sociology/Cultural Anthropology, while honing his visual arts skills and selling his work in galleries. His focus is studying pre-colonial Latin America and telling the stories of the time and culture through his art and poetry.
He has worked as an office coordinator for luxury retailers like Cartier and Van Cleef, and in Mexico aiding in translation and tourism for locally owned businesses.
A born traveler, as a child he spent a lot of time between Puerto Rico, Honduras, and New York and at only 18 years old, he went on his first international tour in Europe, visiting sixteen countries in 40 days.
Travel is the passion that inspires and fuels his creative talent.
Andi
Concierge
Andrea Ibarra is a multi-faceted young Mexican woman who began her love of cultural traditions at the age of seven. During her adolescence, she studied classical ancestral dances and traditions of the Americas with a primary focus on Tolteca and Chichmeca, commonly known as Aztec.
Andrea also studied holistic medicinal plants at the Universidad Technologica de Bahia de Banderas where she earned the title of Technician in Sustainable and Protected Agriculture. She has launched this passion into a thriving business offering holistic medicinal tinctures, oils, and edibles.

Her taste and joy for her traditions have inspired her to travel to many parts of Mexico, enjoying participating in a variety of wonderful ceremonies with different ethnic groups.

In her free time, she enjoys helping local communities design and develop gardens where they can grow chemical free plants and vegetables, allowing these communities to become sustainable year round.
About Us
Two Girls With Good Taste was founded by Wendy Johnson and Patti Gallardo as a company with multi-focuses, including visits to and immersion in the history and mores of the Afro-Mexican people. Under the name As You Wish Travel Club the goal is to introduce people from all walks of life to this unique Mexican culture and to the beautiful people that have their own enriched way of living steeped in traditions. More travel tours are being planned for Great Britain, other European countries, and Africa.
​As You Wish Travel Club provides a travel experience with staff members accompanying Wendy on the tour, from start to finish. In addition to the planned tour itinerary for the group, travelers can choose their level of participation in other accompanied activities, decide on the type and cost of their accommodations, and what to do in their free time.
Patti is a renowned architectural design/build professional, an artist exhibiting in galleries, clothing and furniture designer, and overall gifted creative talent. Canadian born, Patti has lived in Puerta Vallarta for 45 years. Wendy and she have collaborated on many endeavors and their perspectives and different personalities help shape their vision into reality. She and Wendy are personal and business partners that share a love of travel, giving back to the community, and introducing people to things they might not have a chance to know about.
